Wifi

Wifi is free throughout the hotel.

1. Choose "HotelVersailles" from the list of available networks.
2. Login to your browser (Firefox, Safari, Explorer, etc ..)
3. When the login page appears, enter either the room number and password, either the user name (depending on whether one is at the bar or at the reception).

All this information is available in the rooms and at the reception.

Wake-up call

You can schedule a wake-up call directly on the phone in your room:

- Dial 60 + the 4 figures of the schedule of your wake up (for example: 6am = 0600)
- Hang up the phone.
- To cancel: dial 60 and hang up the phone.

You can also dial 432 and ask the front desk.

Another bedroom: Dial the number of the bedroom you wish to call (example #418 : 4 – 1 – 8)

A call to a French number: Dial 0 + number
A call outside of France: Dial 0 + 00 + country code + number

Laundry

A laundry service is available at the hotel. The rates list is available in your room or at the reception.

Please drop off your clothes at the Reception before 9.30am and pick them up after 7pm or the day after.

Important info:
Express service: delivery the same day at 50% extra charge
Service on Saturday at 50% extra charge
No Laundry Service on Sundays and bank holidays
